Quality Concrete Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”) is a veteran-owned concrete and hardscape contractor based at 5628 Sequoia Dr, Forest Park, GA 30297, serving the south side of Metro Atlanta. This policy explains what information we collect from you, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you request an estimate or contact us — through this website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Google, a phone call, or a text message — we may collect your name, phone number, email address, the address of the project, and the details you give us about the work you want done. Our website host (Squarespace) also collects standard visitor information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule an on-site visit, prepare and send your estimate, contract and invoice, do the work, and follow up afterward. We may also use it to ask for feedback or a review and, if you’ve asked to hear from us, to let you know about our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your estimate, scheduling, and the progress of your job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your consent to receive texts is not shared with third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we use to run the business — for example our website host, scheduling and payment software, accounting software, and the advertising platforms (Meta, Google) through which you contacted us — and only as needed to do the work described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate and job records for as long as needed for warranty, tax, and legal purposes, generally up to seven years.

Your choices

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
